2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in preparing every order. However, if your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number and the reason for your return.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

8. Exchanges
We currently replace products only if they are:
- Defective,
- Damaged during shipping, or
- Incorrectly fulfilled.
If you would like a different product, color, or model, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed, subject to product availability.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter our fulfillment process.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you may request a return after receiving your order, provided it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
10. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is returned to Ergoform because it was refused, unclaimed, or could not be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, any applicable shipping costs, return shipping fees, or handling charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
